Maintenance Engineer - £48,000 to £58,000 (inclusive of shift allowance) + Benefits
Location: Commutable from Corby, Kettering, Wellingborough, Market Harborough, and Peterborough
Shift Pattern: Permanent nights - Sunday to Thursday, 22:00 to 06:00
Are you a skilled Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity with excellent pay and benefits? We are recruiting for a full-time, permanent Maintenance Engineer to join a growing and dynamic team within a well-established, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out both reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Fault diagnosis, breakdown resolution, and equipment repairs
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Supporting site operations to minimise downtime and enhance efficiency
Maintaining the plant, machinery, and facilities
Ideal Candidate:
NVQ Level 3 or higher in Engineering Maintenance (or equivalent)
Proven experience in fault-finding on PLC systems and VSD installations
Strong mechanical and electrical skills, ideally within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
Basic Health & Safety and Food Hygiene knowledge (preferred)
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
